Chris Ruth onwer of the boat apparently his son is Charlie Ruth the captain of the boat and one of the kids that dumped the garbage in the water they own some care giving business in Boca Raton Florida if I'm not correct this is gone far and wide probably may end up hurting their business.

The Coast Guard requires that all boats have a sticker that says what distance from shore certain items can be dumped in the ocean. Most things are at least 3 miles. Somethings like plastics cannot be dumped in the ocean anywhere. They can't claim ignorance.
