But on a more serious note… those pots can be fine if used effectively. In these stores though, what I have found is that they are usually sitting in murky water and stay soaking wet in these pots.
What I love most about plant rescues is getting a closer look at what is truly going on with a plant and those roots.
I hardly ever repot a healthy plant when I first get it. Honestly, I’ll repot when I know it needs it. For these rescues though, you will never truly know the issue unless you go under and check those roots. In this case, these roots weren’t even in the pot. 😳
