Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
200 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Add 1 egg.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add another 250 g of flour (all-purpose flour).
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 50-60 minutes.
The dough rose well. It looks like a cloud.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Grease the surface with room temperature butter.
Fold the edges and spread with butter.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Roll out the second dough to the same size.
It took me 80 g of butter.
Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 30 square pieces.
Add the grated cheese filling.
Secure the edges.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a towel for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush them with egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool completely.
