I knew about the last tip and had done it before. There is another peeling method using a glass cup. After halving the mango in the long length of the fruit, put the sliced half into the glass with the meat facing inside and push the skin off, leaving the meat to drop into the glass.

Danke für dein aufschlußreiches Video. Endlich weiß ich wie man eine Mango schälen und zubereiten kann. 🥭🥭🥭 Können die Schalen auch für irgend etwas verwendet werden? Zum Beispiel als Tee 🍵 oder Konfitüre 🍯 oder Trocknen oder ein Muß 🍧machen? Ich esse sehr gern Mangos 😋 und habe mir eine kleine Pflanze aus dem Kern gezogen. 🌱🪴‼️👍🫶🤗. Mich würden auch Gerichte mit Mango interessiere!🍲🥧🥘🍨🍪

You can do much better starting from the stem toward the pointed tip of the mango. Peeling in the same direction ,too. You seem to do it the harder way indeed.

台灣的芒果是爆橘吃法我兒子拿土芒果（拳頭大小）練腕力，然後咬洞吸汁水，我在後面傻眼不過第一次看到類似情況是全熟甜柿，整個熟透（幾乎是在叢紅，市售的也能久放熟透），直接拿吸管吸取
