I am Diné (Navajo), and what he explained is exactly what I have been told growing up about these witches. I see all sorts of people posting videos of these evil Navajo beings, but they don’t quite get the original story of them. What this person states is the true origin stories, and what people seem to miss is, to our Navajo people, the witches are real people that are running around and could be our own neighbor or worse relative. It’s rare to have a Navajo person brave enough to share these stories to those outside our tribe. Stay safe out there!

Working in healthcare I've seen souls pass and it's real. The most personal instance was when my aunt needed hospice care so of course i volunteered, and on my regular routine I came to check on her about 20 minutes before she went but I didn't know at the time, she was looking around smiling and singing in what was either jibberish or another language I've never heard, and reaching for something in the air like ppl were surrounding her, and even like she was caressing someones face and holding their hand, it was beautiful and sad, but truly amazing. I was trying to talk to her but she didn't pay me no mind, whatever she saw was completely awe inspiring and she didnt even care what I was talkin about lol, love you tia, I know you're still here with me 💖

Very similar situation for me when my grandpa was in home hospice. Around the end he was talking to people we could not see and wouldn’t interact with us. There was also ghostly activity about a month around the date of his passing. Like things moving, lights/electronics turning on and off, random sounds, etc. it’s very interesting how both realms collide

I'm a shaman of the Kickapoo potawatomi tribe not full blood 25 percent but I had a run in with a wendigo that was coming out of a natural swamp area into my village trying to cause harm. I had great courage I wasn't going to allow my family and friends to be tormented so I grabbed my hammer in the spiritual dimension and walked down the trail in complete darkness. It took all the courage I had but my love for my family made me walk tall. When I came up on the wendigo it was tall white deer like and looked to be mostly bone. I walked up slowly with my hammer ready to strike and it ended up turning around and running off deep into the swamp. Now I feel it coming back there is unfinished business the creator is calling me to end it once and for all. It is time the hunter becomes the hunted say a prayer for me of strength and courage.

People, especially young and foolish ones, who think chasing (most likely actually being chased) these beings is fun and harmless actually scare me to death. I’ve seen, heard, and felt things I could never explain. In the most benign-appearing moments. In some, I’ve known better than to react, respond, or let my words, state of mind, or physical movements give away my awareness. It’s an intuitive response that many times I only recognized later as self-defense or protection. Because I was taught discernment. The first thing to learn for my safety. No other teaching, next step followed. I knew it was not for me beyond a certain point. I can honestly say without that teaching I’d be long gone by now because my curiosity was limitless. People who read these comments: if you don’t know better, DON’T PLAY with what you THINK is not so bad, mostly harmless, or can’t affect you after you’re gone. Wiser humans, like this man are not exaggerating for fun. Notice when he’s not speaking he’s not ALWAYS smiling. He’s aware of every single thing around him. Don’t play. Take your toys and go home before you become one yourself, living in torment. Might just appear that you’re just having a streak of bad luck afterwards. Is playing around with indigenous beings until they’re clearly aware of and waiting for you to slip up accidentally or ignorantly really how you want YOUR ghost story to play out? Listen to this warrior. He KNOWS.❤

It’s real alright. I never realized how closely natives dance with the dark side though. Seems very dangerous indeed. This is what I believe: Earth is hell. We’re all paying dues and that’s why we’re here. Psychopaths and people with NPD are the demons (walking among us) and animals are Angels who volunteered to come down just to get us through it. Obviously the spiritual realm is something completely different though. There is definitely great evil here but God’s spirit is everywhere as well. Stay on His side and you’ll be a lot safer. Just my personal thoughts and opinions though.

Hey from Canada, I'm an indigenous woman from the Nipissing First Nations from the Garden Village indigenous people in the province Ontario. We don't speak of these things. We speak of our spirits being guided by our spirit animal. When we go on our spirit journey, after our body has passed, our spirit is sent on its journey with offerings of tobacco, the smoke from sweet grass in a fire beacon and the playing of the drums. After 12 moons have passed we have another beacon fire to finally guide our spirit home. Might sound strange but that's the way and it's been so for generations. Just wanted to share this tradition.

My best friend of 13 years is Ojibwe and she told me a story of when she was young her grandfather took her on a hunting/camping excursion. She said one night she heard a woman crying for help. Her grandfather immediately told her to get in the tent and not to acknowledge it for anything. She said she heard walking and scratching around the tent the entire night till morning, one of the most unnerving experiences of her life she said. Anyone jokes about whistling at night she'll snap at them and tell them not to invite evil. I live in Florida and I don't know if there are any skinwalkers (or shape shifters) here, but I had something unnerving happen a year ago. I raise rabbits and I was in my barn late at night (3am-ish which ofc is the witching hour) and my barn door was closed. I was recording my rabbits showing friends and I heard a very clear whistle (that was picked up by the recording). My barn doors were closed and I live out in the middle of nowhere (woodlands). Could there have been someone skulking about? Maybe. I didn't investigate, I just went inside my house as fast as I could. ~8 years before that I was driving home with my Dad and we missed our turn so we travelled farther than usual. Upon turning around and heading back, there was something very pale and bipedal race in front of our van (almost hitting distance) and moved so fast it left an after image of itself in like a slow motion blur. My Dad and I looked at each other like WTF did you see that? Thank you for sharing your stories Shanclen!

I'm from California. That whistling experience you had is eerily similar to the experience I had. I used to live on the edge of a mountain, tons of valleys out back. One night I was having a cigarette with my best friend. Where our house sits, it's just a huge slope down and nothing but brush. I heard a faint whistling at the time, and my best friend couldn't heard it at first. When I started replicating it, the whistling got closer, and closer. I swear to God it was right behind the fence in a matter of seconds. You couldn't hear the sound of steps or anything. There was no feasible way if it was a person to travel that fast. It was unnatural. My best friend and I never booked it so quick inside the house. Really spooky experience. Years later I recounted the story to my Mexican friend whos uncle ran into it a few times. He told me there is a folklore of a spirit who whistles and likes to kill drunks. The farther its whistling, the closer it is, and vice versa. I forgot the name of the lore, but I'm sure you can find it on Google. Anyway, spooky stuff.
@Stampedby__bonettiАй бұрын
@@NeutralShades the farther it’s whistling, the closer it is?? Huh? So that means when you whistled back to it, and it got to the point where it sounded as if it was right on the other side of your fence, it wasn’t really at all, it was actually farther away?? And isn’t this about the w*ndigo…? Or something similar fs, it whistles and you’re not supposed to look directly at its eyes because it will kill you if you do.

When I was 10, I went to sleepaway camp in Connecticut for about two months. We slept in a cabin in the woods, and twice a few kids woke up with white powder on their faces. Doing research on near death experiences, thats exactly what people recall! They recall being in the dark, no loved one there to greet them, and seeing shadows, "terrifying things" kinda like the "upside down." So it makes sense they find refuge & safety in a home. It was only when people called out to their creator that they were then saved. Interesting that Shanclen mentions this!! This was really awesome, Colin! ❤

@@Chris-ex5ed Perhaps. I tend to think that we experience what we expect or think we deserve. So if you think you’re going to hell, you’ll experience your version of that. In the (granting limited) research I did into NDE’s the thing that struck me was that things looked different to different people. Most people described Heaven quite similarly but hell seemed contingent on the individuals beliefs. I believe our own spirits torture themselves if that’s what they think they deserve. Some realize a lot more quickly than others that they can choose to leave that place, it just depends what they did in this life and how much they feel they have to atone for. I truly believe Heaven is our home and we’ll all eventually return. Some of us just have a (LOT) longer journey than others. Who knows though. I do believe in evil entities and demons and such. I have no idea where they come in. Soulless creatures trying to keep us away from happiness as long as possible? Maybe they’re just lost souls and will too (through many, many lives) return to the light eventually? I don’t believe in Satan. I don’t believe in a God that would ever torture anything He loved for eternity. I’m a humble human and there’s nothing my loved ones could do to make me wish that upon them. Am I to believe my love is greater than God’s? Absolutely not. That’s why religions seems like blasphemy to me. They’re cults. Anyway, I digress lol

Everytime I am scared to go to sleep I have these horrible dreams. You made me think about it as a connection to the dark world. Be strong with your beliefs and dark spirits will stay away from you. Great advice!
@D1sc0rd-7 күн бұрын
I do not mean to go against you I’d just like to say something you may find insightful. I’m saying this from the orthodox christian position. It is possible for God to protect you from the demonic, and it is possible that thinking holy thoughts and aligning your will more closely with God’s can guard you against the demonic. However we are not called to believe and act as if God will protect us and a pure heart will ward off demons. In fact we are told that in this life, on this earth in these bodies, the closer we grow towards God, the more demonic attacks we will have to endure. Your defenses will be stronger, but their attacks will become harsher and more cunning. A thief wants your money and valuable possessions. They are not interested in accosting someone who is poor. Demons want your soul, which is intensely valuable, and they want to lead you astray from God by any means necessary. So what logically follows if there is a person who is not being attacked or tempted by demons at all? It certainly doesn’t follow that they are in no danger, in fact it is a sign that you are in the most precarious position possible. The demons have no need to bring their attention to you because they see that you are dead set on a path away from God, and they have no need to prod you off of that path. Now just to be clear, I of course do not mean that you can gauge the correctness of your beliefs or your relationship with God based on how much you are being attacked demonically. Attacks come in many forms and they are curated for individuals; most of them tend to go totally unnoticed by us because they are cunning. “But even if we, or an angel from Heaven, preach to you any other gospel than that which we have preached, let him be accursed.” Someone who is having constant night terrors is almost certainly under demonic attack, but someone else who is experiencing the same thing probably isn’t having that happen to them for the same reasons. Someone who is living the high life, with a totally lavish sinful lifestyle is under a lot of demonic attack, but at that point they are not even perceiving it an attacks because they love it so much. A very pure hearted mother may be constantly plagued with demonic thoughts and imaginations because of some chink in her armor from childhood trauma that never healed. A similarly pure hearted mother may experience the same thoughts and imaginations, but doesn’t perceive it as an attack because she does not see it as sin and she is self righteous in her pure heartedness. It takes a lot of discernment to differentiate between these situations. TLDR no one is automatically safe from demons. The devil even came to tempt Jesus Christ. Being God, His defenses were perfect, so the attack had no effect. We cannot save ourselves, we can only walk with God so that our eyes and ears are open, our defenses strong and our legs ready to support us again when we inevitably stumble. These faculties will fail us if we are not walking in truth.

I grew up in the wilderness of Colorado near a mountain sacred to the Utes where they would sometimes perform their tree burials. I had a lot of strange experiences, good and bad. My mom taught me that when I was alone I might hear a voice calling my name and to never go to it, but just go get in a car if I was out and about or go in the house if I was home. I had it happen when I was all alone on the ranch one time. Very strange voice. Very hard to describe how it tries to pull you by the chest towards it.

I am a chronic and also afraid of the dark. Every time I'm outside at night in not-urban areas, I think back on my great-great grandmother's ancestors and wonder "How did they do it? This was just normal to them!" Sure, they had fires and eachother, but there's a reason why many horror shows take place in the woods or countryside at night! It's so dark you can't see and the night critters all sound very ominous and sometimes there's glowing eyes peering from bushes, twigs cracking, leaves crunching, heavy breathing from something you can't see...and that's just the deer....
