This talk is all about narrative game design, and I found a lot of ideas to apply to D&D and tabletop games. It’s all game design, right? Ken even talks about using a d20 system to test out their game ideas before they start any programming work.

I was trying to figure out a good way to deal with systems like this. Specifically on a larger scale for the world so my players can feel an impact from their decisions. This is quite a helpful jumping off point. Thank you
