I am convinced Bryson wants to get Kyle on the PGA Tour as much as he wants to win tournaments. Would really prove that his methods work.
@SurprizedDaily3 жыл бұрын
It was already proven by the late, great Moe Norman of Canada! Several major Canadian titles and over 80 wins on Canadian tour! Only missed 1 fairway in his entire career! Claims he used the same tee for years! And there's talk he used to be able to pick the ball off the tops of glass soda bottles when he was in his prime! At 70, he was still smashing 300+ yard drives, straight as arrows, with persimmon woods brother! What more proof's needed than that? Todd Graves channel on here as all the proof Any one needs to see right on his youtube channel! Analyzed video footage with the latest technology, including bio-mechanics of the body swinging golf clubs and all! Videos analyzing and comparing Bryson & Moe side by side swinging their clubs! Almost a carbon copy! Tiger knows who Moe Norman was! I just shared a huge comment up above giving a link on a putter Todd was sent and is now using that's new and was designed with bio-mechanics in mind and is made to swing EXACTLY as Bryson putts with his putter!
@garrethowell9183 жыл бұрын
@@SurprizedDaily Mo Norman completely changed his swing, or at least his feels, after be had a ton of success already and got better. He was just a freak (in a good way) with a motor program that understood how to put the club on the back of the ball no matter what.
@SurprizedDaily3 жыл бұрын
@@garrethowell918 if you and I hit 1000+ balls a day for 5+ years like Moe did, we may have just as good a swing as he did? I've watched every video of Moe I could find here on youtube and I've never seen any changes in his swings! He used big fat grips and heavy clubs (lead weights) Todd Graves channel has comparison video footage of Bryson swinging side by side with Moe....very, very similar! Just got done watching Todds latest upload from earlier today, he mention Bryson on it again! Todd became Moes shadow back in the 1990s and Moe was even asked if there was anyone who could teach his swing, Moe himself said the only one he knew was Todd Graves....he also spent the time and $ to work with biomechanics people and found out Moe had figured out the best and easiest way to consistently strike a golf ball! Biomechanics show that, hands down no arguing it, it's been proven to be fact! All the newer modernized golf teaching is so screwed up, it's also what caused Tigers body to deteriorate like it has! Proofis in the biomechanics of how our bodies work and Moe figured all that out way before there were any computers or tech we have available today! 1000+ golf balls a day for 5+ years! Like Moe said, "You can't buy a swing!" That man was a pure genius, not only when it came to striking a golf ball! He had so much wisdom on life, the body, golf and so much more! I've literally watched everything on all of KZfaq concerning Moe Norman! Most are all on Todd Graves channel or the business channel Graves Golf Academy channel! I am in no way, shape or form affiliated with them! I'm just sharing absolute facts, I've seen and heard....using common as well as logical sense....

Bryson use to look at the hole when he was putting. Now this year he changed everything in his game. He is fun to watch. You two should play a round and post it. I still use the look at the hole method when I putt.
@danwhitehurst95923 жыл бұрын
Looking at the hole while putting is good training for speed control but there’s a reason why no one in professional tournament play does it. You need to look at the ball for maximum hand eye coordination to hit the ball solid consistently. I stare the hole down then move my eyes back and take the putter back the moment I see the ball so I have a ghost image memory of the holes distance from looking 1 second before I stroke. Try not looking at the hole for 20-30 seconds while staring at the ball before you putt. You’ll lose an idea of the holes location. So find a way to look at the ball but get the visual of looking at the hole.I teach this method. I even teach looking back from the hole at the pace of your stroke so the 2 motions seem seamless and work together.

These putters show just how bad people are at putting if they have to resort to extreme methods of putting. My opinion any putter shaft that goes above the wrist should be banned
@KingTrent3 жыл бұрын
@@elliottjones1991 Unless you putt so both of your hands are perfectly level with each other at the top of the grip (absolutely no one in the world does this), part of the shaft is always going to be above one of your wrists. Also, there's no such thing as an extreme method of putting - only ways that subjectively work for someone, and ways that don't. There're infinitely many ways to hit a putt, but the important thing is that whatever you do, it provides consistent repeatable results so you can gauge your line and pace. If you want them to ban anchoring the putter to your forearm, then well that's a different story - but it's not proven popular enough yet and, unlike belly putters which have been banned, you're not actually anchoring the club to a party of the body not already touching the club. In the mean time, if you don't like it, don't put that way

Hello Kyle. (Right handed explained/Left handed is just the opposite) I do not think Bryson is the best one to copy for putting. Yes, I do believe that Bryson is an EXTREMELY intelligent golfer and love him as a person, but his putting stroke is not good overall and I'll explain why. First of all, know that all putters on the PGA Tour from best to worst, go through good times and some extremely bad times, BUT THE REALLY GREAT PUTTERS, do not. The great putters have one great thing in common, much like Bryson is trying to do, is they keep their wrists/hands out of the putt and allow their arms to maintain club face to path, line, and the speed. One of the easiest ways to take your hands/wrists out of the stroke is to hold the putter very lightly and put your index finger down the shaft directly behind the ball. In order to do this, you must roll the wrist downwards slightly, which of course takes them out of the stroke! (NOTICE: Most of the great putting PGA tour players have a slight/to pronounced forward press, and that is why some of them look like they are always aiming slightly to the left with their feet, and their left wrist is straighter, while their right wrist has much more bend, but they are allowing for their eyes to look directly down the line, which is impossible with a perfectly square stance.) Stoke a few 10 foot putts like this with your elbows facing 180 degrees outward and parallel to the line, in a pendulum motion. Then stroke a few putts while feeling your arms against your pec's (elbows end up around 45 degrees), in a pendulum motion. Then relax and allow your arms to hang naturally, place your hands on the club, place your index finger down the shaft, and stroke the ball. You will now feel exactly how to take tension out of the stroke, and you will have the perfect line, face to path, a true roll, and perfect speed.

great video here & awesome seeing you both working together! Here's a video I sincerely hope that both of you will checkout Kyle, it's by a brother right up above you on Oklahoma, he's a teaching Pro and used to play on tour years ago, and spent more time with the late Moe Norman, than likely any golfer ever did, Moe was likely the best ball striker the game of golf ever had, Tiger and many of the great pros (especially those who played back when Moe was) all knew who Moe was & whenever Moe was hitting balls, everyone stopped to watch and listen! At 70 he was still smoking balls over 300 with persimmon heads brother! Straight as an arrow every single ball he hit! anyway, long story short for now, Todd just came across a putter this past December that is imho right up Brysons alley, it's designed to be swung EXACTLY as Bryson does! Todd even mentions Bryson in the beginning of this video, he also did some in depth comparisons between Bryson & Moe Norman, Bryson would love to see that video I'd imagine too! Todd is a lot like Bryson in many ways, very technical etc.... here's the link to a putter Todd just came across last December that was sent to him by the company 3 years ago & it sat in his office in the corner until he finally decided to grab it and check it out! Now he's showing it to all his clients and KZfaq subscribers You'll see both Moe putting with a much younger Todd (1990s) in the beginning of this short video that Todd does a quick analyzing of putting and shows the putter and how it's designed to be swung EXACTLY like Brysons setting up to his putter, only difference is, the putter Todd shows is designed specifically to be swung the same way and locks to the arm due to a good amount of forward shaft lean, video's less than 12 minutes... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gtaiepOcqsjMcqM.html Todd has more on the channel and some video on Bryson swinging side by side with old Moe footage Todd shot years ago....Todds worked with Bio-mechanics people (1 of the top, I fail to recall his name, there's a video of it on Todds channel) proving bio-mecahnically that the single plane type swing is the most efficient way for any one to swing a golf club! Exactly, like Moe Norman swung his clubs, as well as how Bryson figured out & swings his clubs! Moe did it all by hitting 1000+ balls a day, back as a boy, when there was no technology (1950s) He played in the Masters, once or twice, but being from Canada, he was shoveling snow & setting up bowling pins the week before the Tournament, no practice or places to hit balls up there back then in the winters! He set many records and won over 80 tournaments on Canada back in his day! Yet, not many from the U.S. ever heard of him or know just how great a ball striker and genius man he was! Like most the great ones, imho he was way ahead of his time and much of what Moe shared in all the videos I've seen of his on here, most people of today would still not comprehend what Moe was giving and sharing with any and every one he spoke with! Excuse the lengthy comment, it's a shame I don't have any other way to reach out to you brothers, this putter and the information Todd shares of his old footage and times spent with Moe, I've set here and watched all the video footage that exists on KZfaq with Moe Norman in it and many, many hours of videos Todd has on his channel sharing the single plane swing....Bryson swings so close to Moes style it will blow his mind to see the stuff Todd has on his channel! Hit me back after you both check them out! Be well worth the time imho for you both to take a look at this putter video and the others he's got of it since Dec. 2020 when he posted that one I linked above.... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gtaiepOcqsjMcqM.html
