the fear of falling is band but once you fall ligit your goanna say that wasent even bad

I know this is old but protective gear is a real confident booster, at least for me. Falling is inevitable but falling without the fear of breaking something is actually kinda fun.

If i wasent so young and corona wasent here and we lived near by I would help u I have been roller skating since I was little and rarely fall

i recommend going to some local tennis/basketball courts because it's usually really smooth there

When I was 7 I fell down a hill in roller skates! I never tried until this after that HAHA not because of fear, just because I out grew them

Oh noooo. Surgery is a pain! Gosh I feel for you!! I did the same thing to my ankle a while back, not fun recovering from it. (Not roller skating tho hahah)

@@sofiaserez I forgot to mention, you may not be able to go into one if they haven't opened up for your area, due to the OBVIOUS global pandemic. But I find skating like calming even though when I had first started and it made my feet hurt a lot. I hope to start skateboarding soon, I don't wanna jinx it, but I think I might be ok sorta when I start out because I have worked my feet for the last three years and I know that sounds weird, but basically I've trained myself to be used to balancing, if that sounds correct? I know for sure I'm going to fall but I might start out easy because I know how to roller skate, ride a bike, and ice skate. I think skateboarding will be fun because like its a type of transportation and it's way faster than roller skates if you have the right deck and wheels. Sorry this comment is so long uh yeah that's what I have to say. (ps: I don't even have a board yet lol)

Dab Dad I’ve always loved sports, especially contact sports, wresting, rugby, so basically I got out of high school and was like.... I can’t live life without a continuous sport. The feeling of accomplishing a new skill or trick is just the best. That is why I decided to skate! (Skate board) and then roller skates is pretty much the exact same reason but I also wanted to get around faster
