This pork recipe has impressed everyone who loves pork belly. Be sure to try this pork belly recipe. It's delicious and very easy to prepare. This is how pork belly is prepared in a restaurant where my family likes to eat. A great sauce makes this dish unforgettable.
Ingredients:
1 ½ kg pork belly
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Ginger
2 green onions
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
2-3 tbsp sugar
1-2 star anise
1 teaspoon of peppercorns
2-3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
About 300ml of water

1 kg pork belly
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the pork belly over medium heat until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes)
Salt
Black pepper
thyme
4 onions
Add spices to the other side as well
To put on a plate
Fry onions until soft
Salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Beer
Put the pork belly pieces back into the pan
Add more beer
Cook over medium-high heat for 40-60 minutes until meat is tender
700 grams of potatoes
Pour cold water over them and cook until the potatoes are soft
Turn the pork belly pieces over
spring onions
50 grams of cheese
Salt and puree the finished potatoes
Once the potatoes have cooled slightly, add 1 egg
240 grams of tuna
spring onions
Cheese
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons flour
Fry in sunflower oil over low to medium heat
1 cucumber, grated
Salt
After a few minutes squeeze out the juice
dill
3 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
Salt
Black pepper
The sauce is ready

You could do it with short ribs . Same meat/fat layering but it needs a bit longer to tenderise so maybe pre cook or leave stewing in sauce a little longer.
