Awesome vid. Added these to mine too, same chassis. Yes, the instructions state the inner washers are not used in some models. Didn't use them on mine either.

The sled looks rock solid in the straights. That profile with the extra runners makes a big impact. Great review buddy. I love that hoist thing you have going on too. Super cool.

Thanks! Yeah they definitely fit that sled perfectly! The lift makes things soooo much easier. I'm starting to realize how nice it is to have stuff like that around haha.

Still waiting for snow this year. In the meantime, watching your great vids. Where do you tuck your lapel mic in your vids? Great sound control and noise isolation from the sled engine.

Totally agree ! once you but them you wonder why they weren't your first upgrade, I won't ride stock skis again , been testing on my polaris 850 assault and totally transformed the sled with xpt but now I will put those in my xcr and get a pair of the xcs's for it , great videos !

Thanks! Yeah I always thought the stock ones were just a part of the sled but now I realize there more like tires on a truck. If you want better performance you need to upgrade!

The xcs skis are awesome, you will have to adjust your ski pressure I'm sure as they grip the snow really well

They are also really good in the powder type snow for traction in the corners

Agreed! I had mine backed off quite a bit already and they felt pretty darn nice. Might change with a little less sun though!

Not in those conditions anyway no. It'll be interesting to see how they do in various situations next year but they couldn't have been any better that day!

After this season of riding and doing 800 miles now that its ended I can say the RZ's were the best thing in handling on my sled to happen. Not sure I could get another sled without immediately buying C&A's for it. The handling is so good now and makes my 141" crossfire handle like its a 129" short track trail sled railing corners now.

Nice! Yeah I always thought skis were part of a sled, now I'm realizing they are more like stock tires on a truck. You need to switch them out if you want any sort of performance out of them.

Hey Ben great vids!! Looking into upgrading my skis on my 2017 zr6000. You reviewed a set of c n a xpt and xcs. Kind of the fence on which one to get? Wich one were most impressed with? And I saw the lift you had also. How do you like it? I need one bad. Thanks man🤙

I was far more impressed with these, and I'm not really sure why. Could've been the skis, could've been the carbides, maybe it was the conditions? Either way, it was the best this sled ever handled!

There is almost no perfect ski and carbide pairing. Everything has a pro and con. If you want the best you need a certain ski and carbide for each condition of snow.

Yeah I can definitely see that. Best to pick the situation you want it to perform best in and then just deal with the rest.
