Does anyone really know about GDPR, its about names, address, DOB, any information that can identify a person, you have posted this chap all over the internet, what write do you have, you are frankly rude, ethically wrong in the workplace to put a camera into someones face while at work, normally staff will be made aware and ask to take part.. what law gives you the right to do what you are doing. common courtesy, your behavior leads other behaviors.

The only thing I would agree with them over rather than you is that they should be as just free to show you as you can show them (this is where Charlie Veitch takes a good approach because he takes that line) but GDPR is always pointed out, interesting in that you nearly had him slightly on side and he was going to show you the cars until you said you wouldn't reveal your channel but I do get the point that if they know that they could submit a privacy complaint to KZfaq. GDPR is a bit of a grey area because KZfaq is an organisation so if I was an auditor (wish I was can't really get around but have now got a Go Pro) I wouldn't bang on about GDPR at all (like UK Meet The Tyrants does all the time as well) because it might ultimately go against auditors if KZfaq is seen as an organisation rather than them as individuals particularly in that videos are monetised making them commercial, instead go at it that we should have the right to film and take photos in a free and open society and that places open to the public shouldn't be treated as if they were someones house or garden (ie shopping centres trying to force you not to be able to film) all that stuff I'm against but don't want GDPR restrictions on companies either we should ALL be free!
