For years, I have meditated first thing in the morning and written in my journal the first thoughts that enter my mind. I want to share my journal and 'pre-paving' notes with others. I'm in the process of creating videos using my journal entries.
I do a daily process called 'pre-paving', which I learned from Abraham Hicks. It's a process where you set your intentions at the start of your day and for each segment during your day.
I believe that the mornings are one of the most important times of the day to do this process. Even if I forget to pre-pave again during the day, I know I am off to a great start because I started my day on a good vibration. 🥰💜.
