Zahid came to the Regal Gentleman Studio to get a tidy up on his top knot haircut. He was "attached to the man bun" with an undercut, and just wanted a clean low fade from Dan to keep growing it out.

It would be great if you could tell us which guards you're using when and if the lever is open/close. Also, i think the idea behind cutting the ends when growing your hair out is to avoid and reduce the breakage from split ends. I grew mine out for 2 years and that helped a lot

I have my hair grown out all the way to almost mid back . I been contemplating to cut it short again but I’m really gonna miss my curls. Instead of cutting it short I’m definitely gonna get this cut . Solid work man 🔥

we’re in the same boat mate, same amount of time and everything. didn’t have a single trim until the two year mark. ive had some color done and a couple trims now. but i have a much less dramatic version of a fade to the guy in the chair ^^ ive been so tempted to buzz it and bleach it and or just go back to shorter cuts as well. but i think i’ll keep growing maybe to the 3 year mark or more. for some reason the ladies love it 😎 haha but anyway yeah

i have shoulder length hair and its super fluffy....think of a clown hair combined with a surfer long hair. It's time consuming taking care of it and adding essential oils...im thinking of just shaving my head off lol

My barber keeps giving me the impression he doesn't cut it the same way at the back each time and I feel the shape change ruins my vibe. My hair at the back is too long down and the the lower part of my hair is thinner hair so I can't grow it all out. But if I could like this guy I would, undercuts are not a man buns friend.

Hi I keep showing my barber a picture of how I would like my hair. He does the top the same as the pic but in the pic it shows a skin fade but he does it I think 0.5 into a one and a two what’s the best way to approach this as I want a skin fade? Dan… you should get your self a JRL clipper… They are really quite so you could speak while cutting. Now when you are using FX’s.. its kinda loud and that disturbs your voice.

Really not a fan of man buns especially on blokes that are not in their twenties anymore but if your gonna have one the hair needs to be the same length all around the head. The contrast of stubble to extremely long looks terrible imo.
