Was good to see you get the bow & arrow submission in competition. 👍 Congrats on the 3 gold 🥇🥇🥇and the silver 🥈 Armbars are of course the most popular submission in BJJ, but chokes are generally safer than armbars or kimuras or leglocks, so would like to see you get more bow & arrows, cross collar chokes, RNCs, guillotines, triangles, rear triangles, reverse triangles, and after a lot of practice in the gym, a buggy choke! The buggy choke is not easy but last year I saw a 9 or 10 year old girl pull one off causing her dad to go nuts, shouting "THAT'S I'm talking about! THAT'S what I'm talking about!" 😄✌ Next comp is coming up soon? You have one in June?

Thank you, Yes I should be competing at least once in June but I'm hoping to get two competitions in. I'm not sure of the dates yet though.
