I bought the black moonphase. Changed the strap to a black leather with white stitch. Love it. Very pleased.

Don't do it Jason. Let me tell you my story very briefly. I was in a queue, quite short in the one Swatch store in Istanbul that had them in the initial launch, though they did all sell out over the day. I got the Mission to Uranus version. Within 1 week, the strap was frayed with threads hanging off it, within 10 days, the cheap polyamide crystal got scratched by a shirt sleeve button, on day 12, the top pusher was lost on the street, and I couldn't find it. The weather can get quite hot and humid here btw. Bringing it back to the store to show them the various issues, I was worried they'd blame me, but I was saved by the hot day. When I took it off to show them my wrist was the same colour as the back of the watch. I got my money refunded on the spot. This watch is a total piece of junk that should never have been made from the recycled ceramic toilet bowls and used chip shop oil it was made from. You'll save both your money and the embarrassment that I admit I felt as an adult wearing a children's watch, that's actually too dangerous for them if they happen to choke on one of loose pushers. By the way , the bezel ring is just a sticky on piece of thin plastic paper. I learned the lesson so that others don't have to. As my mother used to say, if your friend sticks his hand in the fire, will you do it too?

I’m of the firm camp of buying what you want and enjoying it no matter what anyone says. It does genuinely looks cool and fun. I just hope it doesn’t fall apart on you after wearing it a few times.

Not for me, the Moonswatch has become a case study in world class marketing but sadly cynical demand manipulation. I find it disrespectful from a brand that I have always previously held in sneaking admiration. You were right first time!

Thanks for bringing home the Scalpers situation, that is what killed this watch for me. As soon as they said it was an exclusive shop sale only, that was it! Dead! As for the watch, I know, "Swatch" could have made this much better than the current offering, as there is no reference to the "silver Snoopy award" anywhere on that watch, and now that your holy Grail "The silver Snoopy" is now discontinued. you'd think that somebody would have figured out to put a reference to this on the Swatch model, but no! So good luck to you in trying to get one, I wish you well.

I'm tempted by this one. Yes, I know it's an overpriced, overhyped plastic piece of swatch but there's something else to this one. Probably only available in the Carnaby Street branch so we can meet up again when you come to get one. You could do an Adrian Barker style video adventure.

Nope no noppity nope nope .... I was the opposite initially positive about the moonswatch but all the drama, QC issues, renegging on online sales has lost me ALL interest in owning one ... Agree plenty of better spec'd and cheaper Aliexpress options out there. I'll wait for Pagani's version 😏

There will be regret if you don't, and only the "potential" for regret if you do. I'm guessing that you probably dodged a bullet by not buying the Back Pain, so that saved money needs to go on the Snoopswatch.

Couldn't agree more. All plastic and have to replace the movt, if it takes a crap. I'd rather a nice Daytona style, white dial and black bezel insert. Quartz would be fine with me.
