Most lane champions with sustain share similarities at using mana and being single target. There would be a clear difference if Aatrox could heal from minions. All other champions would run out of mana but Aatrox doesn't so he wouldn't have any bad trades.

Let me explain why you pass out if you breathe deeply and fast. It is not because of incrased oksygen, it is because decreased CO2. Your brain wants a stable amount of CO2 in the blood it gets. Too much makes your blood acidic, too little makes your blood alkaline. If you decrease CO2 in the blood by breathing heavily brain contracts its blood vessels. That is why you breathe into a bag when you get anxiety attacks.

Dude plays the worst way possible, fucks up 70% of the trades, but manage to come out on top by pressing a shield and a single target true damage skill that gets cd refund with each AA... THEN gets attack speed when low hp and ad steroid when pressing R. Literally i used to go against champions i hate, think "Time for olaf" and id just run people down without thinking, yea he does not scale much but the fact that 1 champ can make the game completely unplayable and UNFUN to the other one, just by EXISTING, is just the most BS game design i have ever seen in my entire life.

If you breath in and out to quickly, your body has not enough time to gather enough oxygen from breathing :) Also too much oxygen is poisonous, even though it would not an issue here, I would assume.
