The animation at 6:17 with the expression in the eyes and subtle head movements is insane. I don't know much about 3d modeling or mo cap, but this actually really impressive.

I'm fairly certain they keep their models relatively low tech on purpose. There are a couple more vtubers with pretty advanced models, with great capture etc, that aren't exactly using top of the line tech or anything... just some extra effort (they're not at Mikos level, but significantly more expressive than the competition still). (which the Japanese vtubers with their corporate backing could get easily enough, not so much the smaller tubers)

So many things are not facts, but opinions/likes/dislikes. It doesn't have anything to do with the addressed individual, but rather with how the sender feels or perceives content. It's just like saying "You're being offensive", when in fact it's "I feel offended".

Some of these are just gross individuals and then there's the people that make you think you could probably write a whole essay psychoanalyzing these people. You make handling these weird creeps hella fun to watch tho 😂 Sidenote: the super mario kart music was a great touch lol even though that game has traumatized me

@@reviewer3448 i mean if im not misstaken she has made the model and all the assets in the room in the unreal engine(not talking about the background in this video specifically) she has a motion capture suit(movie style) for her moving around and a phone strapped to her face for facemovements. its way more advanced and dynamic than just using a camera for face movements. she can litterally get up from her virtual chair(that moves with her real chair) and walk and dance around. its like a fully tracked VR rig but way more accurate.

I am always fascinated by technology like this and when I learned that Miko has codes this and designed this herself I am just so inspired and so happy that there is a woman doing this. Not like great female technicians don’t exist but they usually don’t have such exposure and Miko earned it all by herself!
