i think it's very expensive, i was expecting it to be cheaper. Eastern Europe has so many incredible beautiful places and landscapes and you can find rents at half that price. nothing against Bali, but we as Europeans have our own nature and beautiful traditions as well and it's worth exploring more.

I love your new villa. I love traveling and I travel in my yacht and love scuba diving. I've been scuba diving for over 45 years and I am fully equipped with underwater Aqua Scooters and gear tailored for cinematography. This is amazing, Laura! Recently I heard that rents are not as affordable in Bali as they used to be and probably that is the case and so I was like yes, ok, so you lived in London before and London is crazy expensive but well, even from my Czech point of view, this is nothing crazy and considering what you are getting for the money, it's really, really nice.

Thank you so much! 😊 Yes, the rent in Bali went up by a lot this last year. But there are still some nice places for a very fair price. Coming from London it’s a huge difference but as you mentioned, there is still a difference even with other countries in Europe. Loads of love and thanks for watching! 😊🫶🏼

Hi Laura! Love your KZfaq page and your website. I was wondering if you will be using your drone in and around your new home to get some shots and vids. How are the drone laws there? I’m an FAA certified drone pilot here in Colorado, USA. So many incredible photographic opportunities here in Colorado. However, drone pilots here in the USA must be certified in order to post on KZfaq even if it’s only recreational flying. Thanks for sharing all your amazing work and knowledge. Best of luck with your career. I’ll be watching for more content.

Uluwatu is good, more quiet and relax. Unfortunately your rental there is quite expensive 😅. You are paying bali tourist premium rent price. Once you travel more out of bali,you will find cheaper long term houses for rent. For example 2 room premium condominium above a mall in west jakarta cost around 120 million/year. 77m2. Complete with pool and gym. And i am talking about a good condominium. Anyway looking forward to see you explore indonesia. Come to java island as well,lots good hidden gems 😊

If you want calmness and relaxing the you should move to Stockholm, the only problems here is with the polar bears walking on the streets, it's so cold outside that you don´t see any people, well maybe you'll see some people when it´s summertime and +28, but most of the people travel abroad to Mallorca when we finally have summer and it´s +15 ;D
