I’ve been watching tons of reaction videos for this song and this is one of my favorites so far. Also really enjoying the vocal coach / singer reactions where they’re like “wait how is she doing all this?!!” cuz then I feel totally justified in *my* initial reaction to it. First time I heard this, I kid you not, I cried for an hour and felt destroyed for the better part of 2 days. I was so blown away and felt like ... wtf just happened to my brain? What have I been doing with my life if I wasn’t watching this? It’s so powerful. She’s crazy good.

I believe the term is "gob smacked." Every reaction I've seen to this video ends with someone sitting in stunned silence for about 30 seconds and still unable to form sentences for 30 more. Haley is a phenomenon-a force of nature. By the time she's finished the song she owns you.

This doesn't even scratch the surface of what Haley can do. She can sing anything. She can slay these vintage remakes and act out a character at the same time (see PMJ covers of "Oops I did it again" and "Seven Nation Army"). She absolutely tears it up on rock songs and can sing sweet as an angel (her Extra Gum commercial, singing "I can't help falling in love with you"). She's got some great material of her own, too. She's something else. Oh, and she came in third on American Idol.

I watched that season (I think I only watched 2 seasons, can't remember if it was 8 and 9 or 9 and 10), and she was PHENOMENAL. (I can't remember if I just watched all the clips of 8 or watched it as it went, I think it was clips)

At 7:05, you admit defeat, beaten into submission. Admittedly it's the one song that gets me every single time i listen to it. I must have watched 20 or more different reactions to this video, and yours is exact, an unabashed tale of being lured in and hooked, the depths of your soul being grabbed and them being totally twisted by an enchantress, who keeps torturing your mind with her delicate wonderfulness. . . Yea man... Haley is a phenomenal vocalist. This is the best cover of this song you'll ever hear. Don't think it'll ever be surpassed. ALL of her collaborations with Post Modern Jukebox are next level. Their cover of Black Whole Sun is another one that will blow you away.

I don't usually respond to KZfaq videos. And I have seen plenty of response videos of my favorite artist and this song; Haley Reinhart and Creep. But I must say, your response is exactly my first response and my response everytime I listen this video of hers. I NEVER get tired of hearing it. Perfect . . . and I'll follow that with.... The reaction you have to this song and video, is the same reaction I have and have had for the last 700+ times I have watched it, I love the way it takes you so far beyond expectation, that you have to stop and recover yourself, then rewind and it still hits just as hard, if not harder than the first time, even though you know what's coming next. Absolute classic video and song, and just a perfect reaction, I'm so glad I'm not the only person whose soul has been ripped open and stripped bare by this wonderfully amazing rendition of this sublime song

Awesome reaction bro! I think we all had a similar reaction to this performance. Haley is one of the best singers of this generation. You should check out some of her original music. "Lay it down" along with "Don't know how to love you" are a good place to start.

Vintage jazz club aesthetics....yes. Thank you, because I was having so much trouble trying to find the right words and that fit perfectly. 👌 Also, the contrast of clean notes and then that raspiness....that rasp that is somewhere between Janis Joplin and Melissa Etheridge...ugh, beautiful. Add all that to the fact that this is one of my favorite songs of all time, and you got perfection.

Kathy here - first, I just found your channel and for this to be the first video I saw you react to was priceless! I love it! Your appreciation for a different genre type of style for this song was great. If you like Haley, you need to check out her songs she did on American Idol. I don't know why she didn't win; except I don't think she was "wholesome" enough for the viewers! I think she is a phenom in singing and deserves more recognition for her talents.

The story goes that PMJ sent Haley the musical composition and she came in and did this in one take. I don't know how true that is, but the way this song feels like lightning in a bottle that would not surprise me in the least. This woman is a phenomenal singer.

They didn't send the composition to Haley. She recorded it as part of their first European tour. To keep to their schedule of releasing a music video a week they re-recorded songs originally performed by other artists on a day off. This version of "Creep" in which they used Haley's first take and "All About That Bass" as a group number. Wise choices as they are now the #1 and #2 videos on the PMJ channel.

Ok!!! Just breath several times. I LOVE watching reactions from people who don’t know Hally. Everyone who see this for the first time goes through the same thing. I have watched this a lot just to hear her sing this song. She is truly amazing. Great reaction from you. Your heart rate will come down but it might take a while. You just earned my red button. Also check out PMJB featuring Morgan James with Aerosmith’s Dream. Make sure you are sitting down as well because you probably have a heart attack. On the flip side of Haleys vocal range, and a guaranteed boost in your views, you should react to the contralto voice of Diana Ankudinova with her competition covers of 'Wicked Game', or 'Human', or the French hit, 'Derniere Danse'. As much as Haley can make your hair stand up, I challenge your hairs to relax with this young woman.

When I first heard this, I went looking for more songs she's covered. I found out she competed on American Idol and actually made it pretty far. I highly suggest you react to her performance of "House of the Rising Sun". Goosebumps galore! Definitely one of the best covers I've ever heard.

Haley finished in the bottom three repeatedly on AI and ultimately finished third behind two teenage country music singers who the show favored. The playing field was tilted against Haley by criticizing her for things like song choice to make it seem she had given a bad performance when she had not. I didn’t watch that season of idol but after I learned of her when to look up her idol performances. I don’t know what the judges said, but she did pick some pretty bad songs for a singing competition. I assumed she wanted off the show when I saw her sing Benny and the jetts.

Haley Reinhart has a once-in-a-generation voice. I discovered her through PMJ just over a year ago, with Creep probably the third song by her I listened to. She really is incomparable, in so many ways -- not just her voice. I've listened to this cover probably hundreds of times since I discovered it, and every time it brings tears to my eyes -- it's a true masterpiece! But Haley is much more than just PMJ, or American Idol before it. Her own music is incredible. Your voice spoke volumes on this performance -- you didn't even have to speak. Haley killed this performance -- all the way around -- from her sex kitten persona to those growls and the cute little breaks in her voice.

I listened to, and thoroughly enjoyed, PMJ's/Haley's version of this several times before I decided to listen to the original by Radiohead. It was unbelievably difficult for me to listen to RH's version all the way to the end - just not my style of music. Once was enough.

PTX and This song from post modern juke box along with several others are some of my favorites to watch reactions to and I’m an avid reaction watcher. Another artist I love is Demi Lavato. Watch her live at the sober house sing Father. She can belt with lots of control but she also puts all her emotion into it. If you do this one I promise I’ll list some more if you like it and want to do more. I also just subscribed. Also one other for PTX that’s totally different and upbeat but a PTX original song is love again I think it’s called. It really show cases what the base and beat boxer can do too.
