This is probably just a design concept made in figma as Simon said. Regarding his actual producst, he uses no code platforms to create them so I don't you can use any styles library with that like tailwind or mui.

Late response, but ideally a microservice is only used if you can manage different services, monolith or microservices depends on your organization size. As a solo founder you might be better off with a monolith with container pattern/decoupled codebase. Later you can breakdown the containers in microservices as needed.
