I have been struggling with with not wanting to make a big deal out of my foot issues, but I have been down for a year now (got me again right after making this video)...so, videos are going to be slow in coming, but I am not dead, and chronic injuries do not have to be the end of the world.

sorry to hear that man I hope you can walk comfortably, I had ACL reconstructive surgery 4 years ago and I didn't walk for 4 months, I had to learn again. felt like it gave me PTSD or some shit, I still think about how I walk, step and where I place my feet. that injury did encourage me to lose weight and here I am lost 185lbs last year...

I have to manually bend my toe when I walk, if I forget, about 4 hours in I get this shooting gout-type pain through my foot from where all the tendons freak out. Not recommended. Haha. I'm planning to take some time out, and start working on my martial arts again, hoping I can slow roll my legs back into working a little better and stay upright more often.

Respect! At least you go outdoors and practice your skills to the best of your abilities. i get so sick of these posers with their custom $1000.00 blades, sitting in their homes, talking about what the knife can do and NEVER going outside and dirtying it up. Keep it real and stay in the fight!
