I think you're on to something really good here. You have some skills in editing and your personality is enjoyable and so far the subject matter is interesting. I hope once you get the hang of things you can make your videos a bit or maybe even a lot longer. A half hour is a good goal. Very smart to elevate your tent. You will get rodents living under there immediately, but that's a tough one to solve. Love the setup. And you have a stove jack in there as well for cold nights. May want to get your kitchen under cover at some point, but you have infinite projects to prioritize. Be fun to see where it goes.
