In this deeply personal and inspirational talk, Creative Director Eitan Chitayat describes why he felt compelled to create “I’m that Jew” a 6-minute stereotype-defying tour de force in response to the 2015 Charlie Hebdo and kosher supermarket attacks in Paris. Upon its release, the video instantly went viral. Millions of all faiths around the world were touched by this profound yet simple reminder that we should all be able to celebrate the truth and beauty of our identity - without fear, without shame, and without apology.
Eitan Chitayat is the founder and Creative Director of the global Natie Branding Agency. He is an award-winning brand-builder who's lived in Hong-Kong, London, New York and Boston and has been delivering advertising campaigns and brand identities for 20 years for the likes of Google, Apple, KZfaq, Target, ELMA Art Complex Luxury Hotel and Facebook. Well done . I was brought up in a Muslim back ground but I could never swallow why should Jewish people be negatively targeted from different perspectives either religiously or ethnically. But although it is sickening how much suffering Jews experienced in their long history , they are an encouraging nation to other peoples , in faith , patience , courage and hard work

Well done Eitan, discrimination in every form is abhorrent to me too. Although being comfortable with and unafraid of who I am has taken me longer than I thought it ever would, I remain thankful that I did set out on that venture and eventually complete it.

I don't agree with anti-Semitism but does he seriously believe the Palestinian attacks was about anti-Semitism rather the theft of their homeland and the Palestinians lack of voice? I would respect the point he says he's trying to make if he really wanted for others what he wants for himself. His failure to acknowledge the suffering of Palestinians while he gives a shout out to other oppressed groups makes his message sound more than a little hollow though.

Using a victim card would mean that one bad thing has happened to us and we keep using that thing to get what we want. What we actually do is speak out about the truth that Jewish people or anyone really who isn’t like everyone else, or in my case white Christians or atheists, face hate and discrimination. The problem with being Jewish is taking a back step from being developed in the messiah. Its reading half the book and not getting to the important parts of the book. The end of the story. Christianity is fulfilled Judaism. Its being focused on spiritual senses and having a more easier religious lifestyle instead of being alone with no answer. Jesus Christ is the answer and the way to spiritual success and acceptance of Yahweh.
