My brother in christ, the pain gets more bearable with time. I was both fortunate and unfortunate enough to see the pilot episode when it aired. This show has been running for literally a little more than half my life with gaps between seasons that span years. 6 months sucks, but is very doable.

I have rewatched the series multiple times on my own and with other reactors and every single time I notice more and more details that I missed. I highly recommend rewatching over this short yet long period before the end.😊

I actually broke down and read the manga two years ago because I could not bear to wait. I can honestly say, reading the manga was anticlimactic and actually seeing it animated even though I knew what was going to happen, it was absolutely beautiful. I would give anything to go back and have no idea what's happening. If you can hold out, do it. The only bad thing is there seem to be a lot of spoilers floating around right now, so the only time I would encourage reading is in order to save yourself from someone else spoiling you. But good luck, hopefully you make it to the final part and nothing is spoiled for you. Love the reactions! :)

I watched this the minute it aired to distract myself from getting a very painful tattoo. Never cried getting a tat, but sobbed like a baby at Hange’s death right there on the table😅 Don’t feel like you have to hide that, man, your reaction is what we’re here for after all! And, 6 months will pass fast if you rewatch the show like some others have said- there’s also more OVA other than No Regrets for you to watch if you’d appreciate some fresh AOT content :)

I saw a comment on another video somewhere, that the reason Eren looks like a child in the "paths" is because he's basically regressed himself mentally, because he can't handle the real world. In the opening, we see him crying to the kid in Marley, and he told him how Armin's book he read as a child, was what he thought the world would be like, just empty landscapes. Eren has his own selfish reasons for committing all the death he's causing, but he can't possibly justify any of it, So he has to regress into some weird childlike mentality, of delusion, and he really hates himself for all he's doing, but its his way of coping.
