@Ricin Let me tell you something, YT is NOT fair, there are a lot of good creators (like u, I checked ur channel) that don't get the attention they deserve, every known channel in YT is big because they have luck, so just keep making quality videos, maybe, let's say, hypothetically, you make a channel to upload videos about how to care for trees, if you wanna grow, go into a forum about trees, and if anyone asks how to care for a tree, just give them a link to your video. (its harder than it sounds, and it doesn't really work for every channel, and this is just a tip.)
