Do you love interior design and want to fill up empty rooms using your favorite style? You can buy an empty apartment and furnish it. Do you prefer things only engineers would understand? You can focus on repair and installations. Are you an expert on the "small move, big change" approach? You can buy a decent house and make it perfect by adding some style and fixing stuff.
The ultimate goal of the house flipping business is profit. Are you a risk taker? Do you like to invest? Estimate profit and find the best risk/reward ratio for you.

All you folks who are wondering about HC - don't worry, I'm working on it. The thing is, I can make ten House Flipper (or MC Build Tips, or whatever) videos in the time it takes me to make one HC episode. If all goes according to plan, from here on out you'll see "side" or "filler" videos between HC episodes, but HC hasn't gone away. I know I haven't been super consistent over the last couple months, but I've been dealing with some IRL stuff. I'm trying to get back on track, but I want to make sure that when the next Hermitcraft episode DOES come out, it's worth the wait, rather than something I just threw together in a day. Thanks for you patience!

I'm a bit late commenting, but I just wanted to say that I love your videos a whole lot. I'm not really an 'OG' fan (I started watching you when you started Hermitcraft Season 7) but the videos I have watched make me very very happy. Your style and your voice are so calming, your sense of humor is awesome, and your Minecraft building style is so beautiful. I think you're very awesome for continuing to make videos even if your life is crazy, and even when people are weird for no reason. And as a sidenote, one of my favorite things is when primarily-Minecraft creators make fun little videos about random little games just because they enjoy it. Keep doing what you're doing, Welsknight, you're fantastic.

A friend of mine loves this game. It helps her unwind at the end of the day. I will probably get this mor my Switch. Parquet flooring looks different. It's so pretty! Not often done in newer homes because it's rather intricate. I think what you placed is just laminate flooring.

I love this game. It's a lot of fun. Gives you the same satisfaction as watching renovation shows but you get to make the decisions. So satisfying. Plus now they have a vr version. Keep up the great videos. Loved this one

Honestly I wish towel radiators were more of a thing in the US. When I did a winter semester abroad in London I was shook when I found out about them. Stepping out of a shower and wrapping up in a warm towel is a nice little luxury at the end of a long day.
