I love this perspective. "if someone doesn't like the female comedian i like, even if they have plenty of valid criticisms, it must be because she's a strong independent woman #girlpower" it lets you never have to defend your point of view, or engage with ones you don't like. You can just say nope, must be because muh misogyny, moving on. Possibly the best living comedian. That's what you're gonna go with.....I don't strongly dislike her but that is mahoosive praise for someone who isn't bill burr, or tom segura, or david mitchell n lee mack, who isn't dave chapelle chris rock or louis ck. I mean seriously lol and on top of that I don't see how she's uniquely funny. She IS funny in my opinion, to be clear, but not in a way that is better or different from any of the hundreds of perfectly decent comedians we currently have. Let's be honest though, for lots of folks, pretending that people like ryan, or hannah gadsby, or millican, are not just funny but OMG THE FUNNIEST PEOPLE ALIVE is about getting a reaction out of folks and patting yourself on the back for liking what groups they're in, rather than their actual comedic ability

To be fair, on the E4 editing quality scale, this one does rank a 10 out of 10. It's just that they are all equally terrible. Remember when people editing were actually qualified to do the job? Or at least had heard of the concept before attempting it....
