Have you considered molding and casting them? It’d save you a ton of time on the sanding, and you could cast it in yellow also.

That’s actually a great idea I hadn’t thought of. I’ve looked into molding a good bit but have always been a little intimidated because in the past I’ve look with full scale Star Wars helmets and such. This may be a good entry project though

Very cool man! The acetone/bondo combo is my new favorite when it comes to 3d prints. It just really gets in there and helps with the lines:)

Thank you dude! Between the acetone/Bondo and the A1 being a great machine getting smooth pieces is so much easier than it was with my Creality CR-10. I want to try some different techniques and see how easy it is to sand

Excellent tutorial and at a perfect time since I am cosplaying as cyclops in a month! I checked your etsy account, but I didn't see the visor on there. Are you selling the 3D print file for the visor by chance?

You could always opt for acetone smoothing with abs filament
