Well, from what I understand, ‘yes and’ is more about accepting new elements. For example, Circletoons adds in the element that the coupons are expired. Pointcrow rolls with it and says that the store usually accepts expired coupons. With the ‘deal with the devil’ thing, it’s accepted that the deal is something that can happen in this scene, it’s just the character would refuse it

This is also a board game where you have 3 item slots and knives are the cheapest item and are situational but make or break the results [Edit] damn there are more Alpharad Deluxe fans here than I expected, but in hindsight it makes perfect sense. Could you explain it for me? It's the one thing I didn't understand in this video
@onebear650429 күн бұрын
@@NurioMarayana I'll start by saying I neither play Minecraft nor is up-to-date with its community. My understanding of why it's a good idea is just assumptions from biased impressions on my part. So, Minecraft is a very very popular game, with a very big and dedicated community too. Hence it comes with it various drama, such as a beloved speed runner cheating his runs to allegations towards various streamers for pretty bad stuff and just popular figures being toxic to each other on Twitter. One very big one was sparked by two figures arguing against each other on Twitter that happened not too long ago and generated memes that even LIMC (Lessons in Meme Culture) covered about it as I recall and has a popular streamer making an hour+ long apology for bad behavior on Twitter and clarifying the accusations against him. The receptions are mixed but I'm kinda getting the impression that what's happening (immense hate on the one streamer, baseless accusations of heavy debauchery, etc, and defending the other person the streamer was arguing against even though the other person is kinda more in the wrong imo afaik) is like a witch hunt or Twitter just wanting to see a public execution of sorts. I am not even sure if the hate comes from the majority of the Minecraft community or just unrelated people jumping on the bandwagon of the whole situation... It's kinda like cyber bullying but in public tbh... So anyways, reason why I think it's a genius idea is that negativity draws attention. It's a sensation, make a villain and sell it, like how the news does their headlines. Those who wants to see someone being at fault, those who wants to see someone admitting fault, those who wants to know what happened, those who sympathizes for better or worse, those who analyzes apology video, those who are bored and wanna see the drama that unfold, and so on. But well, all this is imo hahaha
@onebear650429 күн бұрын
@@NurioMarayana KZfaq deleted my reply I think :,-). Sorry in advance for long comment. Okay, so I'll start by saying that I don't play Minecraft nor is up-to-date with its community. This is all based on my assumptions made from biased personal impressions. Minecraft is very popular and has a very big dedicated community. With it, they also have a lot of drama. Off the top of my head, is that time a beloved speed runner was revealed to have used cheats on his runs. One of these which are popular not too long ago that memes were even made, and Lessons in Meme Culture also discussed it, started from an argument on Twitter between 2 popular figures which led to widespread hate on a Minecraft streamer to the point of extreme harassment on his family irl. In response, the streamer posted an hour+ apology video, apologizing for his rude behavior on Twitter, addressing allegations made towards him related to depravity on minors (he compiled many things that seems to point out all the accusations towards him on that front is baseless slander), etc. The receptions are mixed. But imo I kinda feel that this hate is more a witch hunt really. People online wanna see a public execution of sorts. Because not only were many (memes included) defending the person the streamer was arguing against even though afaik that person was more in the wrong than the harassed streamer imo, but I am doubtful whether the ones spouting hate comes from the majority of the Minecraft community or more on people jumping on the bandwagon. The way I see it, it became like akin to a cyber bullying situation sadly. Either way, why I think Point Crow's idea was a good idea is because imo negativity draws attention. It's a sensation, like how headlines are written, and is also a topic of conversation, as it's easy to talk without awkwardness when it's about a third party. The apology video would attract those who want to see someone at fault, those who want to see someone admitting fault, those who want to know the situation (especially as Minecraft has a huge following), those who sympathize for better or worse, those who make content by talking about whatever happening or just reacting to things and their audience, those who analyze apology videos, those who are just bored, and so on. And when the video becomes trending, it draws in more people to talk about it. Well, at least this is how I see it.

I love how far noah's come, from less than 10k subscribers doing mtg deck jokes to collaberating with some of the biggest yt's on the plateform rn. Love your content been here for a while

31:19 i just love when pointcrow said "part of me wants to ask but then the other part of me doesn't" the subtitles change from his icon to his clone's icon that's some great detail

Altrive started the down hill turns of chaos and Noah wasn't going to stand for it.

I’m not entirely sure why but Noah “randomly” moving players to the exact same space they were on was so funny to me

Look. I'm not even half way through this episode and.. its just pure gold. I honestly don't know how you do it and how this ended up becoming a thing but damn I love these vids

Never seen or even heard of Altrive, but I absolutely love his "don't give a quarter of a shit" vibe.

So many languages and dialects and Noah casually decided to speak with the truth at the beginning of the video X'D

The emotional damage everyone was doing to circletoons was brutal, but pointcrow’s emotional damage to Altrive was soul shattering

This is the perfect opportunity to make a game but all the players have different maps without knowing it.
