Hello, I make tutorials on how to create art dolls. I go over all the different steps to make a artdoll of your very own. From sculpting the clay, painting, to sewing and putting them together.
For todays video I wanted to do another giant insect piece. Haven’t done this in some time and thought a giant caterpillar would be perfect.

Want you to know when I saw you holding the doll in the beginning, I literally went 'THAT'S A BABY BOI RIGHT THERE!' I'm a sucker for caterpillars, so I'm having fun watching the process of the doll get made. Having it with my morning coffee.

This is one BADASS artdoll, one of the biggest I've seen, although not YOUR biggest piece you've made. I'd love to see more of these large pieces if more space is available. I'd also love to see more of these insects, cuz I've really been enjoying those. Always wonder how you're gonna put such a complex critter together ❤❤❤

does the paint not get crusty

As long as you water it down enough and brush it in, it really doesnt. I mean it's still not as soft as without painting but you can get it pretty close.
