I really missed these videos. I started watching soundman when I worked for a audio car shop back in 2018/2019. Every single day just about I would watch his videos. Don't know why I ever stopped and I'm trying to catch up now. Missed the random explosions too in the old videos, that would crack me up.

Hey Doug, been watching for years. Personally, I miss the mule content. I’d Park the ‘57 as it’s not the best Daily. Maybe some occasional fix videos that are compilations. Would love to see some modern Audio in an the ole ride too. Sound deadening and sound proofing wheel arches etc. Be cool to see the tear down. Sell the Subaru or use that as a mint lezzy daily. Mods on this are not something I’d watch. I love the obscure stuff. Gotta finish the bass van! Want to see the subs in the back and speakers in damn door panels (has Exo even Started??) and have you pull up to SMD and show him a thing or two about how it’s done(lol). My ordering would be Bass Van first, then Mule, all while keeping a sprinkling of Chevy/Subaru/Dash mods.

Doug to make the holes in the carpet for the speaker bolts use a metal brake line to size of the hole and heat with blow torch for a nice clean cut holes can also use a hole punch set

You ever thought about using colored plastic behind the t-nuts on the speaker terminals to mark polarity? Like some one inch plastic discs one red one black in between the carpet and the t-nut. Probably could just cut them out of old soda bottle caps. Also never get rid of the VW, I got rid of my rabbit pickup a few years back and regret it ever since.
