I can't get used to switching from the old hammer to the new one in CS2. Do you have any tips to help with that?

Great question! I would say learn the differences between Vertices, Edges, Faces, Meshes and use the shortcuts 1, 2, 3, 4 to switch between them Nice to know shortcuts: F to invert a cube/flip normals. Great for building rooms quickly (Meshes selection mode) Shift + T: Apply texture (Faces selection mode) Shift + Z: "Fullscreens" a viewport Press V to clip a wall in 2 when selected the opposite edges of the wall, like top and bottom, and then F to bevel. Great for windows, doors. (Edges selection mode). Or Shift + X for clipping mode as well. Press B to bridge two open edges together (fill in a missing face between (Edges selection mode) Press M to merge vertices (Vertices selection mode) Select a cut out part of your wall, then switch to Translate tool (T), and hold shift while you drag out that part to create a hallway for instance And you should use snap to grid (bottom right corner), but change Grid size based on how detailed you are working
