this is dope! I wonder can you use the key lock and chord functions but with an external synth, like serum? I also wonder if you can actually get the full midi the chord function is writing into the daw instead of just the single notes you're pressing?

In a DAW like Ableton with flexible midi routing, you should be able to send the smart chords/scale lock to other VSTs. In Logic/Garageband unfortunately its not possible though unless they update the midi routing options!

Logic Pro X! Been using it for years, I teach Logic, and I'm a huge fan. Only downside is its Mac only..

Seaboard 2 all the time! I come from guitar and love it. LUMI Keys is really cool too but I prefer the play feel of Seaboard

@@HeartPliz the Lumi Keys comes with built in lights and supports MPE, plus it comes with a bunch of good sounds in ROLI player. That’s why the price is higher than a basic midi keyboard! The light on the desk is massdrop fft light :)
