In this Minecraft redstone video, Mumbo builds a working Minecraft TV making use of the Minecraft Immersive Portals mod and the Minecraft Carpet Mod. This working television in Minecraft also includes a working video game in Minecraft, that is played on the Minecraft TV.

You can reduce the delay by having a dispenser shoot an arrow through a portal and hit a target block to create the input. Then you would truly be thinking with portals

@@athomesuperhero Sadly no, as the portal is sort of on the halfway mark on the blocks that make up the edge of the portal. In other words, one block that spans two dimensions is ACTUALLY only one-half of a block from each. Also, the portals themselves technically count as a block, so redstone dust can't be placed there.

You can use a larger portal if the ratio of the height to length is the same. The bigger portal will look smaller in the smaller one, and the smaller one will look bigger through the larger portal. Also if you have Pekhui installed you will change sizes

When I make red stone contraptions that require more than 15 redstone dust chained together, instead of using repeaters, I use sticky pistons and redstone blocks. It works like a charm most of the time

For the armor stand return thing when you lose, just use portals to replace that slime and piston so it’ll look better and funnier. So it’s like this so you lost and the character falls, but he actually falls into a portal and falls out from another portal and lands at the spot where you play with the character.

to control, use a wall+observer system, it works with no delay, and for the position reset, put a portal at the edge of the tape, and one above the block, and He'll fall out the sky to where he belongs

that's mush better than what i though. If you were using vanilla u could use maps as the tv, and with machines changing the block in the maps you would have a non static image.
