This is a walkthrough of a song I created using Captain Chords EPIC, Captain Deep, Captain Melody and Captain Beat. The new captain EPIC does have some different workflow functions which take some getting used to, but overall there are more options than before. The more you use it, the better you will come at creating a track. Together with the introduction of phaseplant, this is an all in one song maker. I take the midi and then put my own sounds and production over the track to create my own original content.
Captain EPIC is not a tool that creates songs for you, but it can jump start the creative process, and help you create something unique. Give it a try!
** APOLOGIES for the constant cutting to different sections, I didnt want to bore you with a whole hour of editing, so I cut to the interesting areas.
*** ALSO there is a section at around 11 minutes where I say you have to freeze and flatten to get the "kick" audio, actually I had to route the audio into another track and record that.
