In today's video, I'm excited to show you something I made that I think you'll really enjoy: the first Discord Wrapped video! If you're not familiar with Wrapped events (such as KZfaq Unwrapped, GitHub Unwrapped), it's a cool feature that lets you see all the data that Discord collects on you throughout all your presence on Discord, and I thought it would be awesome to make my own Spotify-style video summarizing everything.
To make this project, I teamed up with my friend (AssassiN//0002) to create a script that extracts all the necessary data and creates the video. You can find the link to our GitHub repository in the description below, where we also remastered the thumbnail and assets for the video (big shoutout to RedVortex//5228 and Arnav//5824 ♥️).
To add some extra flair, I used Strofe.com to generate some music for the video (I'm too lazy to find original songs, haha). And for the animations and clipping, I used the software Editly.
One thing to note: this is a free-to-use project that I made for fun, and it's not affiliated with Discord. All the assets were (originally) created by me, and the last frame is just sample data (not my actual data).
