Hey Alvin! I know you can't have people on your show right now because of the pandemic, so there's probably no one to ask you for specific dishes to prepare. I was thinking perhaps you could cook for a homelessness shelter or for a foster care facility that probably have it specially rough nowadays! You could facetime them before the show asking one of the residents what would they like to eat and then surprise them later that day with a giant version! Idk, i think it would be nice.

That was likely the biggest pot they could fit on that blue stove thing he had, and yes the pasta pot was much bigger and he could have used a bigger pot on an actual stove but for the sake of it being filmed on a good angle and having continuity with him doing everything at that table it makes sense he couldn't use a bigger pot.

I'm literally going to make this for Christmas. My family didn't feel like making Christmas dinner, so I volunteered as tribute. lol. So him saying the measurements helped a LOT. I did have to do some detective work to figure out how much milk to add. I'm aiming to make the best damn dinner they've ever had. It's going to be awesome come Christmas day. Although, the day before is going to be Hell's Kitchen levels of crazy. I'm looking forward to it. At the end it'll either be worth it, or I'm probably going to be banned. But I'd wager on the former. ALSO IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA OF THE BOWL SIZE OR HOW MUCH CHEDDAR HE USED LET ME KNOW PLEEEEASE!
