The goal is to find the weirdest Korean food because I have yet to find one I didn’t like.. well that Korean acorn jelly (dotorimuk-muchin) thing is not bad but weird and almost no flavor… D tier.

My favorite Breads Are Broetchen, Westphalian Pumpernickel, and sunflower bread. I love them mit Mettwurst , Teewurst, or perhaps Speck. I love Frikadellen.

😄 the eating method they're trying to describe for the sausage is weird when you try and describe it or the wording they used on the package, but actually it's not that foreign to a Korean or people who knows Korean food. the method is just like when you eat 간장게장! can't help you with the way it looks when you do it with a sausage though 😅😆

Wir hatten in der Schule einfach ein Weißwurstfrühstück hh Habs davor nie probiert weil ich es optisch nicht so appetitlich fande mit dem Enthäuten und so, aber mit dem Senf hats schon exotisch geschmeckt 😂

I did my family tree and on my mother's side and my grandmother's ancestor is of German origin, my grandmother's last name is Bernard and in Germany it's Bernhart, he was born in Erfut but he died in Canada, Since then I've been learning a little more about the culture, the dishes

German bread! Da fehlte definitiv die Mortadella auf dem Brot mit Butter und Grüner Gurke - klassisches Abendbrot meiner Kindheit, bitte mit Mortadella vom Metzger……But: he should try Grünkohl mit Pinkel, Linsensuppe, Möhren untereinander (Muurejubbel)…. Es gibt da so vieles…..🤗

Finde ich stark, daß dein Mann das probiert. Zum Mettigel: Beef Tatar (mageres Rindfleisch) ist die schmackhaftere Variante. Mit einem Eidotter, fein gehackten Zwiebeln, einem Schuß Worcester Sauce, einem Klacks Senf, einem Schuß Tabasco, Salz, Pfeffer. Dazu getoastetes Weißbrot. 😁

cheese look so yummy, I'm going to look if I can find obazda cheese in a specialty grocery store in Montreal, there are a lot of markets and grocery stores of different cultures I should be able to find some, For the sausage it's taste sood I buy weisswurst sausages from William J. Also ich komm aus der Oberpfalz und ich kenne wirklich keinen der die Weiswurscht zuzelt🤣 mein Freund aus Niederbayern sagt auch, er kennt keinen🤣 vielleicht macht das die „ältere“ Generation noch mehr aber die „jungen“ (ich bin 29😅) machen das denk ich nicht mehr😅👍🏻 Und das Hackfleisch muss immer FRISCH sein für sowas wie einen Mettigel😅

Not the raw pork. Idc what folks say. He's right. Poultry and pork needs to be cooked. I've heard of that being done with raw ground beef and onions, and I wouldn't eat that either. But I'd eat the raw ground beef before the raw pork.

Ich lebe seit 22 Jahren in Bayern und ich bin bis heute nicht an Weißwurst und Süßen Senf ran gekommen. 🤢 der Geruch alleine... Als ich sie als 6 jährige zum ersten Mal gesehen habe habe ich die Weißwurst mit einem Pu**er verglichen ... 😅
