Yeah I'm sold. I'm getting back into fitness and I feel the pain of being in love with football and not being able to play. This is clearly the motivation I needed and there's a diet plan as well. I'm too excited. Thank you so much Manny. Time to support mandem. I'm gonna share to my cousin as well since he wants to go pro the jit.

See y'all on the app at the end of Jan when man gets my bread up. It converts to about 50 pounds in South Africa and man's got that bread but for a Christmas ting for now.

Just want to reiterate that the price is for lifetime access and is not a subscription. This is only the beginning too and there is a lot more planned to come in the future!
