I really like Raphael's vids because of the fact he's not a professional, like he's just a regular dude that can't really cook but he's sharing anyway lol. It started with you not making the cookie dough. The cookie dough they made was a solid piece of dough and they formed the rest of it around 2 cookie dough pieces. By starting with a wetter, less solid cookie dough, it changed the structure in the pan. However, considering all the ingredients you threw together to make these individual desserts, I can’t tell if you are lazy, genuinely believe that you can make substitutions like this with similar results, or deliberately make stuff wrong to be cute or funny.

You were supposed to actually follow the instructions on making the mixes silly. Every last one of them with an exception of the cookie dough with candy was WAY to runny. Taking the five or ten extra minutes to follow the instructions really pays off.

It didn’t work because you didn’t make it right. You can’t just throw everything together and expect it to taste and look like the picture.
