• Cheapest impact driver...
The tool you see in the video is a Lyuwo. I have not tried this conversion on other tools that look like this but have a different brand name. However from experience I can say I am almost certain that Lyuwo, Javn, Pro Stormer etc. That look identical from the outside are also identical on the inside. So pick the cheapest one or the one most convenient to you. This is by no means sponsored by any of these brands! I just wanted to give you an idea for a 3/8 cheap impact wrench. In the USA they have a Hyper Tough 3/8" impact wrench which is about $60 for the tool, battery and charger. That price at the time of publishing this video is around €55. In Europe I have not found such a thing. So I have taken up the task of doing something about it. These impact drivers that came straight from the Marvel / DC universes cost around €35-40 depending on where you are ordering from. Furthermore sometimes they have a sale on them and that can bring them down even further to about €25 as was the case with the one I bought. Links to a couple of these:

*There could be many others as well. Just make sure they look like this and you should be good to go.
After deciding on your favourite colour scheme you need:
- 3/8 anvil
- new bushing for the casing
- bushing for the bottom of the anvil
The anvil I used in the video has this item number - N646882. Modifications to it are easy to perform. Just take off 2mm each side on the base so it fits in the casing. Originally the base of the anvil is 36mm at it's longest and it needs to come down to 32mm. All of this as well as the schematics are shown in the video. It can even be done by hand with a metal file and sandpaper, admittedly a difficult task but can be done. Or if you have a bench grinder you can do it there for about 10 seconds. And you will need a bushing that will go in to the hole at the bottom of the anvil. In order to make the opening smaller, from 8mm down to 6mm. Link to the exact bushing I used provided below. The other bushing is the one in the casing. Ideally get a bushing that has just a slightly larger outside diameter and then attack it viscously with some sandpaper to make it fit in the casing. It should be a very snug fit. No movement of the bushing in the casing at all. If you get a bushing that is the exact size of the opening you risk it being just a bit too loose in there. Ideally the bushing is just a bit over 20mm outside diameter. The best way to make sure it is so is to get a bushing with a 21mm outside diameter and then work it down from there. Even better if you get a bushing that is longer than the original. So that the new anvil has even more support. However that will require some work being done on a lathe. It is good if you can do that but not essential by any means. I am only giving you links to steel bushings, because they are BY FAR the better choice.

Bushing for casing
20x16x10 - direct fit no work needed, might be too loose in the casing
21x16x10 - will need some work on the outside diameter, you can adjust the fit based on the casing of the tool you have.
21x16x12 (15) - will need a lathe to make it fit the casing, but is a bit longer than the others so possibly less wear.

As always I have provided you with dimensions of the needed parts and modifications. Also where possible I have given the item numbers of parts I used. Please feel free to use this information in order to search for better options be it in terms of convenience or price. The links I provide are just so you can better see what I used. Otherwise I do recommend that you look for a better deal wherever you can!
Total €40 So it is cheaper than the Hyper Tough 3/8" impact wrench, which to my knowledge was up to this point the cheapest 3/8" impact wrench.
Please be advised that the charging time for these tools is about 3-5 hours from a completely empty to a full battery. However that seems to be the name of the game as the Hyper Tough charger that comes with the aforementioned tool also has a charge time of 3-5 hours.
Please let me know how I did and what you think down in the comments!
I appreciate all feedback! Any questions please feel free to ask!
