I coded your horrible Undertale Yellow mod ideas...
I coded your ideas in Undertale Yellow, ideas provided by the Undertale Yellow and Undertale Yellow community members, Undertale Yellow made by Team Yellow, based on Undertale by Toby Fox, Undertale Yellow follows clover the Yellow soul, the one before Frisk. Try it out.

Man, this video is actually really awesome dude, i even love how the amount of effort you gave to actually even add dialogue and a story within those ideas, especially the Mo and Touch to Delete one. I really enjoyed their reactions to the randomness of Modding. And you are pretty much one of the only first youtubers i've seen who have modded Undertale Yellow other than kesMadgik. Just a random idea, it’s nothing crazy just have a spinner setup with two choices 4 slots say mercy 4 slots are attack with every fight you have to spin to decide what action will be taken, let’s see if your luck leads more towards mercy, genocide or neutral the results might surprise you.

Here's four really stupid ideas -Every attack has the Downwards Wind from Martlet's pacifist Battle -Every Fight attaches you to Starlo's Lasso [it gets removed after the battle so you can still do stuff in the overworld] -Every Fight you start trapped in Vines like in the Guardener Fight -Every Attack gives you the Trash Can Lid.

pro mode (can be set along with easy mode for a bit of leeway) this offers a bunch of changes all found below all attacks are faster (like the dead boss attacks from flowey) everything has way more defence and hp (no more instant kills on geno) all fun events (they happen at random when they could) gimmick time (everything can be equipped at the same time but damage and defence buffs wont stack unless its a special effect) lucky coins (stuff costs slightly more and sells for less but monsters drop way more) Golden work (you must get the gold item and you must do all side the quests to progress and macro froggit must be beaten) max hp (in the flowey fight you will have your real hp not the amount given for the fight)
