I think those spring shoes could work a lot better with a set of high boots or ice skates with the blade removed rather than old sneakers. Also more springs set up around the perimeter of the shoe like a trampoline (rather than one big spring) to get better control over the jumping and landing! So i have this problem and its a huge one believe me, i often leave my home and since im really clever i often think about bringing food with me in case i get hungry so i have often just brought a fresh loaf of bread with me my girlfriend usually makes.
