Turned into a great - but freezing - day.
Made a cool bushcraft chair.
Carved a spoon…well started it off.
And hung out with the wild life.
I love my life in Galloway Forest Park!

Thank you for letting us join you more like; it seems so peaceful, a lot of us all need more of that. Are the spots you chose always so quiet? I feel like a lot of local beauty spots here are very busy so hard to get the peace that you find.

It’s pretty quiet here so long as you stay away from the obvious or easily accessible places. That said, even the ‘busy’ places aren’t really too bad most of the time.
