Nitrite salt - 10 g

Nutmeg 6 g
Thyme 3g
Garlic - 8-9 cloves
Temperature sensor
Cook in the oven at 80°C (176.0°F) until the interior of the product reaches a temperature of 69°C to 72°C
Let it cook for 2.5 to 3 hours and it will work.
