I went to Madhurai especially to eat from Mysore, tried here after watching Irfan's view, we were the first customers for that day's afternoon, we ordered few dishes of chicken and fish fry, it was very average, my expectations were totally broke, I tried aira meen kolambhu one of Madhurai's own, and it was aweful, hell lot of fishes in a bowl with very watery gravy... And the prices were ridiculously high.. so yeah that's my experience, it can vary for others, anyways have a great day 🥂

There are other few exceptional restaurants that u can try in Madurai. This hotel is just an avg one. But u can't get this kind of avg hotels in metro cities too

I tried Ashok evening mutton stall(high price, good taste, low quantity), and simmakkal sulthan kadai for breakfast (this too was good). Some dishes of the hotel they are talking about, i can get those from my town Tiruppur with much better taste, it's just overrated from my experience.

Go to Virudhunagar for chukka,pura,parotta and chicken kulambu in Burma kadai,Kamalaya and few more hotels.Super taste.I had tasted lot of times.

One of the KZfaqrs favorite fake restaurant. Not recommended for public in madurai. I saw the restaurant people reuse the kulambu which was supplied for previous customers. Worst quality, high price and very worst taste. Dont go and just avoid it!
