AAGGHH⁉️ 🤢 I saw that. Poor babies. 😢 Amanda‼️ Pleeze, For the sake of Your Lungs & Life: At Least when Inside the Barn & when around Hay & Straw; PLEASE WEAR a MASK & GLOVES⁉️ 😷 🧤 I grew up on a tiny farm & had most of the animals' care & feeding. We had NO protection, that I'm recommending to you. I Developed asthma chronic allergic rhinitis (raw from nostrils into the lungs); esophagus raw down to stomach & chronic inflammation by my teens. Left farm when late teens, did Office work, no farming. By my mid-20's was doing Office Work (not patient care) at a hospital starting in 1968, where All employees were required regular 6-mo chest x-rays; for patient & employee preventive healthcare. We discovered I had tiny spots in both lungs looking like a sprinkle of ground black pepper - (specks of fungi)⁉️ Drs. said Just odd, no treatment given, since no known cause. Just keep a close watch on Lungs. The Dr's. Only other possible cause would be numerous years in a large commercial chicken farm, with hundreds of chickens inside an industrial barn. I knew I had Not done that, never been near one. Only OTHER known cause, being inside the desert caves on Indian Reservations in western US, where mice & rats lived. Their Dust has thousands of years of dander, urine, feces, parasitic bacterial & viral contaminants. (ex. Hanta Virus, very deadly) Many decades later, the spots have NOW multiplied & some are "Nodules." A New Nodule is Larger, & now they're doing CT with disclosure - test for cancer‼️ (In Jan. 2022 Iwas Finally diagnosed with a rare NHL Skin Cancer after Years of doctors playing 'whack a mole' with incorrect diagnoses for the increasing skin lesions. No known cause. My autoimmune system had completely failed.) THIS cancer is NHL CTCL, Mycosis Fungoides). It is my skin only, But affects my Lymph that covers All my external Skin. In looking back, the Hen House Was very spacious & 24 hens at the most through the 3 warm seasons. ★ AMANDA: ALL THAT TO TELL YOU you're risking your health for the love of your animals: The following dawned to me about 2 years ago. * My work conditions were similar to yours, but less intensity & indoor conditions & less period of time. BUT I hope you think on it & decide to take more health precautions. 🙏⚠️💞 About 3 years ONLY, I took care of the 3-walled no-floor Open BARN a Cow & Horse; a 3-sided GOAT Pen to feed & milk for 1 goat; & the HEN HOUSE. The hen house was the ONLY 4 sided structure, with a wooden plank floor, metal tin walls & a long row of Hvy Duty screened West-facing windows; with wood top-hinged drop-down shutters for bad weather. I raised chicks, fed & watered them & when adults I fed & watered, collected eggs, & a CLEANED henhouse. We had them in warm months, & in Autumn-Winter we gradually harvested for meat, while colder weather & shorter days stopped egg production. After FINAL CLEANING, I used the Hen House as MY PLAYHOUSE. I seriously THINK this & the other structures in the Barnyard have caused These Medical ISSUES. I'm 81, BUT for about 5 Years now - my quality of Life, physical/social, medical, & financial well-being have been deteriorating exponentially. 💌❤ THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO: for ALL of your RESCUED ANIMALS, even if some are unappreciative. 😅 And for ALL of Us, Viewers & MEMBERS everyone from who wait with baited breath, for Your Beautiful Satire & Animal Adventures‼️🌟🤣💞👍🙏🫂 Plus ALL the Wonderful Commenters & Repliers with their *ping-pong* rapid fire of unique humor & added satire. 🤣.

You can believe me when I say these animals are much cleaner than some human beings. Some humans can get poo on walls in some cases as high as the ceilings but don’t ask me how. I used to clean it as part of my job. One cannot un see such things or ever forget. Hell is a human construct and is everything purgatory they say it is. Useless Farm animals are examples of impeccable cleanliness, sanity and humility, with enough decency to go have a shower outside and not once complaining about it.
