G'Day mates! So it's been a long time since I had any kind of focus on Body Building but my clients are starting to make me feel tiny! So it's back to the land of hypertrophy!

Very motivating video ! Any tips on increasing bench and squats ? I'm doing hypertrophy block but increasing strenght is always so fun and motivating

Thanks Cheetos! That's excellent mate! Outside of the regular tips like consistency I would say a little trick is adding some extra sets of heavy squats and heavy bench on days when you don't have them already programmed! Starting your session off with them so you're nice and fresh. And including some lighter days to really get comfortable with form! How is your current block going mate?

Great video. I have the same build as you, and you'll be able to pack on the muscle in no time if you're doing 4-5 days. I go 5. Btw I don't know if you do barbell wrist curls, overhand and under but I kept doing them and people have noticed the size of my forearms grow. If you incorporate some forearm exercise, you'll look even more like a unit. Broad shoulders, big chest. I subbed and hope to see more of your workouts.
