Always admired how one-by-one Matt takes an eclectic bunch under his wing and mentors them to do things they didn’t know they were capable of. Especially Lizzy, who has really risen to the occasion becoming an expert welder and off-roader under his patient tutelage. True leadership from Matt right there!

This episode made me tear up. Idk if Matt has any daughters but it's almost like Lizzie was the daughter Matt never had. He taught her so much and just on this channel we can see how much she's grown. What an amazing group of people. Thank you all for being such good role models for people to follow. I agree with the sentiment completely! Then I got to imagining MORR becoming a training ground for the NEXT rising young star, to fill this huge void. Those guys love to dream big for the community. Lizzy has no interest in that. I’m surprised she’s stayed this long with the absolute gross comments that’s been made about her. If anyone has been paying attention her role hasn’t been highlighted as much since she got married. I for one like that. It shows she respects her husband as I’m sure he’s not a fan of some of the things that’s been said in the comments about her.

It's sad to see LIzzy leave, but at the same time you feel proud of her for pursuing her dreams. She's gained a world of experience and knowledge while with Matt and his crew that will hopefully help her shape her future life in this new chapter she's starting. They are lovely, but a little bit of cussing wouldn't go amiss sometimes. They have situations where it would be appropriate. I find it difficult to trust people that _never_ swear - it's not natural, and you have to wonder what else they are supressing. Still despite that, Matt is clearly a much nicer boss than most. A free car(truck) for your leaving present is well beyond what's expected.

It's been a blast watching Lizzy grow to become an internal part of the team; doing resceues, welding on all the projects around the shop, and always having a great attitude thru thick and thin. My favorite thing about Matt's Offroad Recovery is the rotating cast of characters. I seriously was crying during this. The channel keeps evolving - and you have done that very well. We lost Rudy, and now Lizzy and don't get to see Ed much anymore. This was a very sweet farewell. Had a feeling she was going to move on, she hasn’t been in as many videos recently and once she got married it was only a matter of time. Happy for her and wishing her the best in the future!

So bitter sweet. Lizzy is an obviously fantastic young woman. An integral part of the MORR team. She's smart, beautiful, funny, hardworking, talented, she's got it all. Very sad to see her leaving. On the other hand I'm very happy and excited for her new chapter in life. She'll excell at what ever she does I'm sure. Good luck Lizzy! All the best!

A very sweet and well deserved sendoff for Lizzy. Ya'll did a really great job of letting her know how appreciated she is. That sentiment is something that will go with Lizzy through her life, and will surely bring confidence, comfort, and pride. So many thousands of people are wishing her the best, as well. To be honest, I always wondered how long it would be before Lizzie would go out and walk her own path. She is a very talented young lady with a charming personality but it always seemed (to me) like she wanted to be somewhere else. I think that giving her the truck was a very generous gift. Well done! I wish her and MORR the best of luck in the future.
