$132 for 8 hours of work and wear on your car. I think grocery stores are paying more.

How many hours did that take? How many miles did you drive? Since you were accepting everything I can just assume you were driving for $1.00 a mile or less. You made $130 it cost $.67 a mile to operate the vehicle so you made roughly $42.00 profit. That is horrible. Don’t accept anything less than $2.00 a mile.

To be transparent …. A full tank of gas costs me $30 and gets me 311 miles. I fill up every time I ride …. I shoot for $100, $200 and $300. That 10, 20 or 30 rides the most I got is 22 rides. Let’s get the goals!!!

@@_Uber_Driving your goal should be $2.00 a mile or more. If you accept every ride that comes your way, you probably average $.80 - $.90 a mile.

I’ll be real every time …. My strategy is rides I’ll shoot for 10, 20 even 30 rides and try to do $100, $200 even $300 !!

Revenue in Houston doing x is anywhere from .55->.75/mile. People see money hit their bank accounts and don’t take into consideration the wear and tear/depreciation that’s occurring on their cars.

Can I ask, once you pick up the rider, does the Uber app automatically show you where you need to drop them off? I’m about to start driving for Uber in Sydney Australia and I’m wondering how it all works. Thank you

Does the app show anything different when you have a rider with a pet? I haven't seen one yet where I am located.

It does says “This ride has a pet” I’ve had only 2 offed to me in my lifetime and only picked up one.
